Dr. Joe and his staff are the best! I came with a lot of doubt and uncertainty. They had so much faith in me, that I started believing that I could do all that I was asked to do. I exceeded all expectations and am so thankful Dr. Joe had so much confidence in me! I love Pryde and highly recommend them. Out of 10, I give them a 20!!!

Pryde Athletics Team will listen to you. I went to them after a back surgery a little over 5 years ago where my left leg strength came back but the right leg did not. I was feeling the right leg was improving and wanted more motivation to push myself to see if I can get the strength back.Pryde Athletics' Team are great motivators, they listen to what you are feeling and adjust the routine to fit. The strength in my right leg has improved dramatically and couldn't do it without them.

Initially I was nervous about starting physical therapy after breaking my ankle and getting surgery 4 months ago. But the whole team at Pryde Athletics & Physical Therapy made me feel at home. I tell my friends and family all the time that the staff at Pryde feels like family thanks to their friendly and safe environment. Every week I can feel improvement thanks to the physical therapist workout recommendations. I HIGHLY recommend Pryde Athletics & Physical therapy to anyone looking to gain strength or recover from any injury. I’m so happy I found Pryde and you will too.

I cant say enough great things about Pryde Athletics and Physcial Therapy. Amazing care and such accommodating hours. It’s a gym/rehab center and I’ve noticed such a drastic improvement post surgery that I already feel I’m almost 100%! It feels like Joe isn’t just a great therapist, but really gets to know what’s best for you specifically. I never feel rushed and leave my session feeling 10x better than when I entered. If you’re in need of PT services, or even a gym for an amazing workout, I definitely recommend Pryde!!!!

Eros did an awesome job mentoring/training my son while he was recovering from a fractured ankle. Eros went beyond our expectations as a trainer. My son worked on strength and conditioning over the summer, and was able to transition back to soccer practice on his travel league. Eros was always professional and positive. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
